Rules for using Hangout Buddies and booking through the platform.

These terms describe the basic conditions for accessing the site, creating an account, making bookings, and using the platform in a way that protects users, companions, and the service itself.

1. Acceptance

Agreement to the terms

By accessing or using Hangout Buddies, a user agrees to these terms and any related policies referenced on the site. If a user does not agree with the terms, the service should not be used.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Account responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate, current information when creating or maintaining an account.
  • Account credentials should be kept secure and not shared with others.
  • Users are responsible for activity that occurs under their account unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.

3. Bookings and payments

Reservation terms

  • Bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and any service-specific conditions shown during checkout.
  • Payment is required to complete a booking request unless a different flow is explicitly shown on the site.
  • Refunds, credits, or booking adjustments may depend on timing, provider availability, and the circumstances of the request.

4. Conduct rules

Prohibited behavior

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity is not allowed.
  • Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with site operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Any activity that creates trust and safety concerns may lead to suspension, cancellation, or permanent removal.

5. Platform rights

Suspension and updates

Hangout Buddies may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, revise these terms, or take action on accounts when necessary to comply with law, protect users, or maintain service integrity.
